"After the snowstorms last weekend, I wanted to inform you of the quality work that your employees perform on our grounds. We have a large  amount of property to be plowed and in the process have about 88 cars to be moved from one area to another. Your employees worked tirelessly throughout the night and all day Sunday. 
We do have an organized plan for moving cars and the men followed it so carefully. Their attitude, willingness to be of service and their respectful manner throughout the day was a gift to us. Know that we appreciate you and your employees."
